People who are absolute beginners are welcome as well as the most advanced. Classes are tailored to suit the individuals needs and partiular interests.
As a lot of The Living Room's students are beginners here is an outline of a class;
· Chi Kung - working the energy i.e. various breathing exercises with movement and meditation and at times stillness
· Tai Chi form - Yang Chang Fu form
· Push Hands - a partner exercise that teaches you about your centre and develops a strong awareness of your and others energy.
Advanced students would participate in the chi kung as a group and then a break off for individual training in advanced forms and chi kungs and martial training methods.
