Seven Week Chakra Course

  

  Natalie Almond is holding a "7 Week Chakra" course on Thursday evenings from the 18th February - 1st April.

We will be working with one chakra each night through yoga, meditation, sound and visualisation, leaving it up to you to put in as much practice as you can through each week.

 

There are thousands of chakras within our bodies, they are like electrical power stations that supply energy to our entire being; physical, emotional, soul, mental and spiritual, and we will be working through the 7 main chakras along the spine.

The more we work our chakras we build energy, our hearts and minds become more balanced and our overall quality of life improves.

If you are looking for a new start this is a great way to begin, plant your seed and watch yourself blossom just like the lotus flower.

You may join in the full course or come as you wish, we will be working from the base chakra in each class, of course it will be more beneficial to complete the whole course.
