The Living Room is nestled above the Barzura Cafe overlooking Coogee Beach, our newly and sparsely renovated room is designed to keep the energy clear.

Our sadhana room fits approximately 22 students so the classes are never too large and you will always receive attention. All teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable in what they share with you. There are many classes running over the week so there is likely something to suit you, please take a look at the timetable.

We take a lot of interest in posture correction and breathing, there are classes to suit all from complete beginners to those who are well trained in the healing arts. Alchemy is a style of yoga where you learn a lot about the organic processes of the body to aid in healing and regenerating the entire body. We have many styles; vinyasa, hatha, restorative and beginners.
