Q. Do I have to book in for a set number of classes or do you take casual drop ins?
A. all casual drop-in students are welcome to every class (except workshops)

Q. Do I need to book to attend a class?
A. No there is no need to book or call in advance. Just come along about 15mins early, register and pay at reception then find your place on a mat in the livingroom.

Q. Do you take credit cards?
A. Payment may be made in cash or credit/debit card at reception just before your class – no online payments are accepted.

Q. Do you supply mats and towels?
A. We supply mats however please bring a towel for hygiene reasons.

Q. Do you have a shower and change rooms?
A. We have change rooms and a shower for your convenience.

Q. How do I know which type of yoga is right for me?
A: Read the descriptions of each class type carefully. Each one provides a guide to how much experience is necessary. If in doubt, the beginners classes are always a good place to start. Have a chat to the teacher and they will be able to recommend the most suitable class for you, given your experience, health and goals.

Q. Can you eat before a yoga class?
A. Please try not to eat heavy meals at least 3 hours before a class and light meals one and a half hours before. If you are hungry have some yoghurt or a banana twenty minutes before.

Q. Can you drink before a yoga class?
A. try not to drink fluids 20 minutes before or during a class.

Q. May I pay as I go or do I have to buy a pass type?
A. Yes you can pay on a casual basis, see our class and pass price list.

Q. The teacher I’ve chosen doesn’t seem right for me, can I change?
Your preference for teachers may change as your progress on your own yoga journey. This is a natural part of your evolution.
