SPIRITUAL HEALING - is another modality Adrienne is passionate about and she provides a space that is very supportive and nurturing as she guides you in deepening your spiritual connection. You will be assisted in releasing old negative thought patterning which will improve areas of your life that are not flowing as you would like. At the end of each session you feel in balance, in harmony and empowered.

Jade is a Remedial Massage Therapist, Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbal Medicine practitioner and recently returned from an internship at the Guangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guangdong Province, China. Jade, however, is most renowned for her work in the remedial healing arts running successful massage practices all over Sydney for the past 10 years.
She has extensive training in the oriental healing arts and has also attained qualifications in Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques and Traditional Japanese Reiki. In addition Jade has trained with shamans and practitioners of mystical wisdom. Collectively this has provided a unique perspective on the human body and the relationship to both mind and spirit. This reflects deeply in her work as a therapist and as a yoga teacher. Jade graduated with the Samadhi Yoga School in 2008 and continues to lecture on Anatomy and Physiology with the Sukha Mukha Yoga School in Waverley, Sydney.
Jade specializes in Acupuncture, Remedial and Pregnancy Massage and is a fully qualified Teacher of Traditional Japanese Reiki. Jade is a highly skilled and deeply compassionate healer who is renowned for paving the way for change in the lives of those she meets. Her massages are simply divine.

Transpersonal Art Therapy is a holistic approach that supports you to connect with and express your Authenticity, your unique Essence. By exploring feelings, thoughts and the hidden aspects of yourself, you can experience greater Self-Awareness and discover what is holding you back from realising your potential. You can also access your inner strengths, wisdom and resources, supporting you to move forward in your life in the direction that feels right for you.

She has a full herbal dispensary onsite with which she can tailor a herbal mixture for your needs.
