                              Lay down and relax as you are guided through a meditation to help you release the stress of daily life, to change and create something more desirable in your
                              life. Each night will be of a different topic according to those who attend.

                              Yoga nidra is a state of deep conscious sleep that takes you into a slight hypnotic state. The unconscious mind is functioning at a deeper level, where you are able to re programme that which no longer serves you; mentally, emotionally and physically.

                              You may be relieved from high blood pressure, anxiety, heart palpitations, unsteady mind and nervous stress, as well as sleeplessness, physical pain and
                              dis-ease.

                              It is a form of visualisation and gentle breathe work, tangible for all.
