NOTE: when pre-booking online you must still arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the class starting to secure your spot. Please respect this etiquette so we can start classes on time and give away your spot in class in the event of a no-show.

Beginner: basic poses are work shopped over a rolling nine week program.
General: assumes completion of any beginners yoga course or some prior experience practising yoga.
All classes are run as casual drop in.
