Scroll through our 42 classes per week and click the “Book Now” button to book your chosen class.
When pre-booking online you must still arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the class starting to secure your spot. Please respect this etiquette so we can start classes on time. Please note that your spot may be taken by a “casual walk in” if you’re not here at least 5minutes before class starts as the teacher would assume that you are not coming.
You can also use the filters to show specific classes, times or teachers and if you would like to book further ahead than a week, simply pick a starting date via the Full Calendar link to show the following 7 days.

Beginner: basic poses are work shopped over a rolling nine week program.
General: assumes completion of any beginners yoga course or some prior experience practising yoga.
All classes are run as casual drop in.
