You are invited to a two hour workshop and introduction to The Five Tibetan Rites. This will give you a base for setting up a simple, safe and independent practice at home. Whether you are in your 20’s or in your 80’s, fit or out of shape, practicing these five simple postures, only 5-20 minutes a day, will benefit you enormously.
The Five Tibetan Rites routine is ancient and powerful. It is a 2500 year old exercise program used by Tibetan monks to live long, vibrant and healthy lives. These chakra-activating and energizing series of postures are done in a specific sequence. If your energy centres (chakras) are healthy and in balance, the corresponding endocrine glands are positively affected. The hormones secreted by these glands affect all the organs in the body and, therefore, the body’s overall functioning and ageing process.
