Maddie discovered yoga when she was going through a stressful stage in her life. After two and a half years as a bikram devotee, Maddie found vinyasa and never turned back. She completed her purna yoga teacher training in 2013 at the Byron Yoga Centre.
Yoga is an essential part of Maddie’s life, the union of body breath and soul, “each time I turn up on my mat I discover something about myself, yoga is only a small part asana, the real work is how you remain integral towards the wider universe off the mat.”
