Meg first discovered yoga at a gym in London more than 8 years ago. As a former ballet dancer Meg was initially attracted to the physical aspect of Yoga, however I quickly discovered the benefits went much deeper. “My yoga practice has literally changed my life.” Meg was super stressed out and struggling to cope with the demands of a fast-paced, high-pressured PR career, suffering anxiety and insomnia. Through yoga she found balance, peace and perspective. And a career change!

Natarajasana (Dancer’s Pose) is Meg’s favourite pose. A beautiful, graceful, heart-opening pose that challenges your balance, strength and flexibility all at once. Meg finds it also keeps you humble and playful in your practice – if you fall, try again. And again.

Meg’s qualifications include Level 1 YT (350hr),  Pre & Postnatal YT (65hr), Level 2 Reiki Practitioner.

About The Livingroom

“The Livingroom was the first studio I began practising at when I moved to Sydney, and I knew from my first class that it was going to be a very special space for me. The ocean is my other happy place, so there’s nothing quite like practising while looking out over it and listening to the waves. It was also whilst practising here that the seed was planted to do my teacher training.”
